CLASSES

Our classes are led by experienced coaches and are beginner-friendly for all levels.

Whether you’re new to training or experienced, sessions are structured to help you learn safely and progress at your own pace.

RECOMMENDed equipment (class dependent): boxing GLOVES, mma gloves, shin guards and a BJJ gi where required. Please ensure all EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING IS suitable for training (CLEAN, NO ZIPS). RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT FOR SPARRING SESSIONS INCLUDES A MOUTH GUARD AND GROIN GUARD.

Hygiene is essential. Arrive clean, with trimmed nails and clean equipment. For everyone’s safety, please do not train if you have any skin infections or open wounds.

kickboxing

Our striking classes are 60-minute sessions that vary throughout the week, featuring pad work, Dutch-style drilling (caught on the gloves) and controlled sparring. Classes blend Muay Thai with other striking disciplines to create a dynamic style applicable to MMA.

BJJ (Gi & No-Gi)

Jiu-Jitsu classes in the gi or no-gi, building a universal style that carries across MMA and sport grappling. Sessions include technique breakdowns, positional work and live sparring.

Our MMA classes blend all aspects of training into a dynamic session. This is grey-area training, where kickboxing meets grappling and possibilities are explored.
